Let the Magic begin!

Another adventure in radio occurs in Eastern Carolina, and I’m proud to be part of the inauguration! With over three decades of inhabiting the airwaves under my belt, even more Magic – aptly named – shall be added to that collection!

My radio career began in Nebraska and continued in Ohio and Georgia before landing in the Tar Heel State, where I have spent the most time behind a microphone. With that have come many memories and many more are on the way. Thank you for being a part of this daily experience by not only listening but also for investigating by jumping deep into our website!

Hope you’re in with us! Listen whenever you want, wherever you are, with whomever you will – if not all three, at least one of the aforementioned and soon you’ll be hooked. Just like I was when I put on that initial pair of headphones and cracked open the microphone for the first time!

Welcome aboard!

Time To Throw In The Towel?

The first day of spring is March 20. Can we keep this out until then, hoping to see, at least, a flake or two? Well, that actually describes the couple living in the house. Mine. Jeff Hackett
