Sheryl Crow is returning with a new studio album this fall. In an announcement made on August 14, the singer confirmed that Pick You Up will arrive digitally on October 9, 2026, marking her 12th studio album.
As part of the announcement, Crow also released the first single, Freedom Bus, featuring singer-songwriter Jesse Welles. The song focuses on freedom, communication, and finding ways to connect despite differences.
Pick You Up includes seven new tracks written by Crow with longtime collaborator Jeff Trott. The pair have worked together on several major songs throughout Crow’s career, and their latest project continues that creative partnership.
The track list includes Freight Train, Perfect, Pick You Up, Flat Earth, I’ve Got Your Number, Heaven Help Us and Freedom Bus. Crow has described the songs as reflections on being human, connection and maintaining hope during difficult periods.
Physical CD and vinyl editions of Pick You Up are scheduled to follow the digital release on November 20.
